- The 2023 World Freestyle Kayak Championships offer free entry to all events and competitions.
- Competition begins on Monday, October 9, 2023, starting at 10 a.m. with squirt boaters along the Phenix City Riverwalk, and continues through the week at various locations.
- The pinnacle event, the Men’s and Women’s Kayak finals, will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 11:45am.
- Food, beverages, and seating options will be available at all venues.
- The Rushsouth Music Festival and Outdoor Games, featuring 13 bands on two stages, will conclude the event, headlined by Dawes on Saturday and Gov’t Mule on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased at www.rushsouthfest.com.
